During my recent stay at Castelli, I had the pleasure of experiencing a culinary journey that spoke volumes about the island's rich resources. Breakfast was served on the terrace with a beautiful view of both the pool and the meticulously kept gardens. The traditional Greek breakfast items were fresh and offered a delightful start. Throughout my stay, the menu changed daily, showcasing local specialties. I was particularly impressed by the use of ingredients sourced from local farms and the hotel's own botanical garden, including their pure extra virgin olive oil. Dining at 'Eucalyptos' for dinner was a treat, with Greek dishes beautifully presented in a serene ambiance. It felt like a warm embrace of culture and authenticity.
